Shipping policy

At Virago Wear, we partner with a global network of artisans and fulfillment centers to deliver our collections worldwide. We are committed to getting your order to you as efficiently as possible.

Shipping Rates (Worldwide)

  • Standard Shipping (Worldwide): $6.95 USD for orders under $75 USD
  • Free Standard Shipping (Worldwide): on orders $75 USD+

Shipping costs and available options are always shown at checkout. If you shop in a currency other than USD, checkout will automatically apply the equivalent threshold based on your cart total.

Processing & Fulfillment

  • Standard Processing: Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to prepare and pack your order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Split Shipments: To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders with multiple items may ship from different fulfillment centers. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package sent.

Delivery Services

We utilize a network of regional and international carriers to provide the most efficient shipping routes:

  • U.S. Deliveries: Orders are typically delivered by USPS or specialized last-mile carriers.
  • International Deliveries: We utilize global couriers and local postal services based on your destination.
  • Tracking: Tracking information may take 1–4 business days to update once the label is created. Please do not be concerned if you see a "Pre-Shipment" status initially; the carrier will update the status once the package is scanned at the first sorting facility.

Once your order has been dispatched, please refer to the following regional estimates:

  • United States: 4 to 16 Business Days
  • Canada & Europe: 5 to 16 Business Days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5 to 18 Business Days
  • International: 7 to 21 Business Days

Please note: These windows are estimates. While most orders arrive within these timeframes, occasional delays in customs processing or local postal services may occur.

International Duties & Taxes

Virago Wear ships to fashion enthusiasts worldwide. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the client. Customs processing times vary by country and may occasionally impact delivery dates.

Address Accuracy & Delivery

  • Address Details: To ensure a successful delivery, please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. For residents in Puerto Rico or the non-continental U.S., please ensure both address lines are utilized for accuracy.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or is refused at customs, the client is responsible for any re-delivery fees.
  • Refused Shipments: Please note that if an international shipment is refused, it may be abandoned by the carrier. In these instances, we are unable to provide a refund or store credit.

Package Security

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, it is considered the property of the recipient.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend contacting the carrier directly as the first step.
  • Carrier Liability: While we assist whenever possible, Virago Wear is not liable for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or lost/stolen packages once the shipment has been accepted by the courier.
