Shipping policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.00 USD worldwide.
Orders will be shipped Mondays thru Fridays excluding holidays. Please allow about 1-4 business days for processing time.
United States & Puerto Rico - We try to ship all domestic United States orders via USPS but other couriers may be used. Please use both lines provided for shipping addresses in Puerto Rico and outside of the continental United States.
International - Depending on the shipping location we will ship from the closest or quickest warehouse. Multiple logistic carriers could be used. Please keep in mind that we have no control over each countries custom process specifically how long it can take.
*At this time we are not shipping to Mexico, we apologize for the inconvenience.
You may experience longer delivery times due to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Christmas/New Year's Season.
Virago Wear is not responsible for:
- Delays with USPS or any other courier used for shipping. After the order has been marked as shipped/picked up by courier we lose control of the logistics.
- For products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The USPS or courier used for shipping is responsible once the packages ship.
- Products marked delivered by USPS or any other courier used for shipping. You will need to contact your local post office to obtain information regarding your package.
- Additional shipping charges if the shipping courier fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Virago Wear is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please make sure to enter the correct shipping details when at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us at support@viragowear.com as soon as possible explaining the error. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped we are unable to alter the destination address. The client will be responsible for paying the re-delivery costs.
Tracking Your Order
A shipping confirmation will be sent automatically from our system by email once your order is dispatched. Please verify your spam folder. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order.
Refused or Missed Deliveries
Please don’t refuse or miss a delivery. For re-deliveries, the client is responsible for shipping fees and any contact with the courier. Refused or missed deliveries won't be able to get a store credit or a replacement. Virago Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery by tracking is confirmed; the customer assumes responsibility for any loss or damage of items.
Duties & Taxes
Virago Wear is not responsible and has no control over custom inspections. Any customs import duties, taxes, fees or any other charges are the client's responsibility. Customs policies vary between countries, please contact your local customs office for further information.
Supply Chain Constraints
Due to the ongoing effect on the Supply Chain, we have streamlined our operations and will currently ship most of our orders directly from our manufacturers or closest warehouses from our global partners to minimize transit times and lower our carbon footprint.
