Return Policy

Please read through our returns policy below carefully as you are agreeing to this when you make a purchase with us.

RETURNS POLICY

If you find your item isn't fitting quite right, we will be more than happy to do an exchange. Although our inventory sells quickly and we cannot guarantee exchanges will be available in the size you want.

Returns are refunded only via store credit in the form of a Virago Wear E-Gift Card. Credit will be applied to the amount paid for the product, we do not issue store credit for the original shipping charge. 

To start a return, please visit My Account and follow the instructions.

You have 14 days after your order has been delivered to the destination to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 14 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return. 

Please allow 24-48 hours for us to answer your request. A Return Authorization Number will be issued. This number must be written outside the package. Items must be shipped within 7 days after receiving your Return Authorization Number (RAN#). Returns without this number or shipped after the 7-day period won't be accepted.

Please take into consideration that Virago Wear considers the following clothing/items as Final Sales and cannot be returned, exchanged, or receive a store credit:

    • All White & Ivory Clothing
    • Bodysuits
    • Custom Sized/Fitted Clothing
    • Accessories (including but not limited to belts, hats, jewelry, and bags)
    • Items on Sale, Clearance, Holiday Specials, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and/or Final Sale

Please note that the exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the client will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

Returns must be in Saleable Condition and meet the following requirements:

🔖A Return Authorization Number will be issued. This number must be written outside the package. Returns without this number won't be accepted and will be shipped back.  Items must be shipped out within 7 days after receiving your Return Authorization Number (RAN#). As evidenced by the courier's tracking information.
🔖Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, or washed) and have all original bags, tags, and labels attached. Items that appear worn, have makeup stains, any other stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will be refused.
🔖The client is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned items are the client's responsibility until they reach us, please make sure they're packed up properly and, keep your proof of postage.
🔖Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll email you to let you know when the exchanged piece will be shipped or if the store credit is approved.
🔖Merchandise will be exchanged only once.
🔖Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and for our return department to process your store credit. When store credit is processed you will be sent a message to the email address on file and applied to your account with us. 
🔖Store credit has a one-year expiration date.
🔖 In the rare case you received a faulty item, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date and include pictures of the damage /defect in the email.
